What we collect and why

When you use our form, we receive your name, email address and message, together with any telephone number, project location, project stage or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your enquiry and understand how we can help. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Required fields allow us to respond to you; all other fields are optional. Please send only documents relevant to your enquiry and avoid including sensitive information or other people's details without their permission.

Legal basis and retention

We process your enquiry with the consent you give by ticking the form's checkbox. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. This does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them. If an enquiry leads to a professional engagement, relevant records are retained in line with applicable obligations and limitation periods.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts this website. FormSubmit (Devro LABS) receives the form details and attachments and forwards them to Linde's Google-hosted email inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days and does not include uploaded files in its submission archive.

These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their terms and privacy policies describe their respective practices: Cloudflare, FormSubmit and Google. We do not sell enquiry data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, where applicable, by emailing contacto@lindepaisajismo.es. You can also withdraw your consent and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Browsing and external services

The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Submitting the form takes you to FormSubmit, which may display a Google reCAPTCHA spam check. WhatsApp links open an external service. These providers may receive technical connection data and apply their own privacy policies. The website's code does not include advertising or visitor analytics tools.
